From the age of 17, you need an AM licence (formerly BSR), an A or B licence, or a foreign car licence. You will also need an ID document and a payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay) to create your account in the app.

Without a pack, in Bordeaux, Libourne, Marmande and Tonneins, you pay €0.34 per minute with no unlock fee, so a 10-minute ride costs €3.40. In Arcachon (€1 unlock fee + €0.39 per minute), the same ride costs €4.90.
With the Dogue Bordelais pack (€0.22 per minute in Bordeaux, Libourne, Marmande and Tonneins), a 10-minute ride comes to about €2.20.

Buy a pack of minutes in the app. For example, with the Dogue Bordelais pack, you ride for €0.22 per minute thanks to +50% bonus minutes. With the Endurance pack, you go down to €0.19 per minute in Bordeaux (up to 44% cheaper). With the 4-hour Non-Stop Pass, it's up to 64% in Libourne, Marmande and Tonneins.
Remaining minutes on the Kiffance and Endurance packs are valid for 24 hours. Minutes on the Bichon, Golden and Dogue Bordelais packs are valid for 360 days.

When you reserve a scooter, you get 15 free minutes to reach it and start it. Your paid minutes start when you tap “Démarre ton DOG” (Start your DOG).
If you pause your ride, the pause is charged at €0.17 per minute in Bordeaux, Libourne, Marmande and Tonneins, and €0.20 per minute in Arcachon. When you tap “Termine ton trajet” (End your ride) in the app, the timer stops.
If the card is valid in France, we accept it. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your referral code is in the app, in the “Gagner des rides offerts” (Earn free rides) tab. Your invited friend gets €5 and you earn €5 for every friend who tries the app. First add a bank card in the app to unlock referral. More details on the Referral page.
No. The 15% discounts (Carte Jeune, partner student unions) cannot be combined with each other.

Select a scooter in the app, reserve it and walk to it. Once you get there, stand next to the scooter and tap “Démarre ton DOG” (Start your DOG). If you come across a scooter in the street, select it in the app and tap “Démarre ton DOG” (Start your DOG).
Tap “Termine ton trajet” (End your ride) in the app: the scooter switches off automatically and your ride ends.
You can end your ride anywhere in the light green area, called the “service area”, in a spot where motorised two-wheelers are allowed. You cannot end your ride outside this area, but you can of course park there temporarily by pausing your ride. Follow the rules of good conduct and respect your surroundings: treat the scooter as if it were your own.
Don't cause any inconvenience when parking your electric scooter. Make sure:
The eDOG area at the airport is marked on the app map with a blue and orange “P”: make sure you park your scooter in this area. At the entrance, head for the motorbike car park.
Don't forget your ticket! Then head to the back of the car park, on the left.
Once there, park in the spaces reserved for eDOG (they are signposted) and don't forget to end your ride.
To leave the airport on an eDOG, head for the exit and press the intercom, saying you are on an eDOG. No ticket needed!
And that's it! Of course you don't pay for parking, and you are free to ride on the roads of the Bordeaux metropolitan area.
First get to safety and call 112 if necessary. Then let us know in the app chat. Don't leave the scooter on the road.
End your ride in the service area and choose another scooter. Our team recharges the batteries.
