Don't forget your ticket! Head towards the back of the parking lot, on the left!
Once you arrive, you can park in the parking spaces corresponding to eDOG (it is indicated) and don't forget to lock your session.
For those who want to leave the airport in eDOG, just go to the exit and ring the intercom. At this point, it is important to specify that you are in eDOG. No ticket needed! And There you go ! That's it ! You obviously do not pay for your parking and you are free to ride on the roads of the metropolis.
What is the minimum age required to drive an eDOG?
The user must be over 18 years old.
Indeed, the conditions of the insurance coverage oblige us to a minimum age of 18 years for any user.
How to start the scooter?
When you have selected the scooter in the app, you can reserve the scooter and walk to it. Once there, stand next to the scooter and press “Rent”. If you come across a scooter on the street, just scan the QR code with the app and press "Rent".
How do I end my trip?
Click "END" in the app and the scooter will turn off automatically. This will end your journey.
Note: Your journey can end anywhere in the light green area. We also call this green zone the “service zone”. You cannot end your trip outside the service area, but you can of course (temporarily) park outside this area. We ask you to respect the rules of good conduct and to take your environment into account.
Treat the scooter as if it were your own.
Make sure :
- Does not cause any inconvenience when parking your electric scooter.
- Park in a place where scooters are allowed.
- That your scooter is stable and straight on its stand.
- Not to let the scooter lean against anything.
- Not to park the scooter on the road.
- Not to block either an entrance or an exit.
How can I drive cheaper per minute?
There are different packages in the app that you can purchase. For example, you can drive with the Dogue Bordelais pass for €0.23 per minute. The remaining minutes of your package will still remain valid.
Do you accept foreign debit cards?
If the debit card is valid in France, we will accept it. It is now also possible to pay via PayPal, an online, secure and global payment system.
How do I calculate the minutes I drive?
Do you want to make a reservation for a scooter? You will have 15 free minutes to get there and start the e-scooter. Your paid minutes start counting from the moment you start the scooter.
When you complete your ride in the app, the timer also stops.
How to delete your eDOG profile?
From your profile area, tap “Delete Account”
Confirm the operation by pressing “Continue”
